As corporations look for new ways to track return on investment and free up capital, Graphic Savings Group is excited to announce its Cost Per Copy Lease Program today.

"We see a lot of new startups and businesses struggling with the costs of a traditional copier lease. We felt that we could be a better partner by helping companies build revenue while keeping costs fixed," said Andrew A. Bender, CEO of Graphic Savings Group.

Under the new cost per copy lease program, Graphic Savings Group will utilize the inventory of its sister company JJ Bender to offer everything from the Xerox DocuColor 12 on a cost per copy basis to the Xerox DocuTech 6180. Under the CPC program, customers only pay for the copies they make, as the cost of service and supplies is included in the copier lease. Delivery and installation is also included.

In addition, Graphic Savings Group plans to offer copier sale leasebacks on digital production equipment to companies that are looking to restructure equipment costs. The goal of introducing this program is to allow corporations to begin bringing production in-house and avoid the costs and lack of control traditionally associated with outsourcing.

"Customers should know the true cost of leasing a copier. Here your costs are tied directly to your production," said Bender.

In direct contrast to the current culture of the up sell, Graphic Savings Group is looking to let customers structure their costs according to productivity. The Cost Per Copy Lease program was designed for startup ventures, seasonal businesses, and those commercial printers who are looking to move into the digital copier arena. The Graphic Savings Group also works with businesses, offering variable data print training and advice on marketing color to consumers.
